I have dry lips which tend to get very dry and red because I'm on Retin A. This lip balm works really well and is non addictive. I only use about 2 times a day,compared to other balms that I would have to reapply several times. My only con is that it has mineral oil in it. I'm on the search for something that works just as well but is more natural. But recommend this highly.

I live in a really dry climate and the lack of humidity leaves my lips dry and chapped all the time. This is the first balm that really leaves my lips feeling hydrated without ever feeling sticky or totally covered in uncomfortable product.

I live in a high elevation desert where moisturizing my lips is a virtual art form. I suffered from dry, cracked and peeling lips. I have tried numerous other brands and find Avene to be superior in several ways. It heals the cracks and leaves my lips feeling smooth. I suffer from less dry symptoms even when I forget to use my lip balm. Most other balms have drying agents in them to keep you hooked, not Avene. It does turn my lips white at first, but I put another gloss on top of it and actually feel it serves as a great base for my favorite gloss. I searched forever to find this lip balm after getting hooked when I visited Barcelona. I actually give this away to friends and family just to share the joy. It is a totally different lip experience that I chose not to live without.

Really helps my dry lips for this winter. This is my first time using avene product and I like the moisture it provides which really smoothen my dry lips. The only downside, I don't really like the scent/taste of it..., it does not have any particular scent but taste like....pure lipbalm..(Not that I really needs a lipbalm with fruity flavors...but I used to the minty ones, which felt refreshing).
