how to use it
This product works best when applied to damp/wet skin. Slowly and gently massage cream into skin for 1-2 minutes. Rinse well with water. Pat dry. This product is best when used 2-3 times per week. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday Etc.) With 48 hours in between applications. If needed apply an acid-free moisturizer and sunscreen.
I use this stuff once a week and have for a couple years now. I. LOVE. IT. I've tried other brands and found the cream mixed in to be too thick to allow the tiny micro beads to really give me a true microderm exfoliation. Not the case with this. I use it on my face and chest area and it always feels silky smooth right after -- far better than just using a daily exfoliant. It is a tad pricey, but it lasts for about 2-3 months and is a serious $ saver when compared to going to a doctors office. This is one of the few things in my arsenol that I highly recommend to all my friends.

This cream is excellent so much better than the over the counter microdermabrasion creams because they the crystals are so small and dense and they really scrub the dead skin cells
