Shake well. Gently apply with wet washcloth or fingertips in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, use a sunscreen. Allow skin to dry and then follow directions in sunscreen labeling.

Most scrubs are too harsh on my skin and end up making me look like I've taken a beating! This one still exfoliates really well, but is really mild. The beads aren't nearly as harsh and are nice and gentle on my skin while still doing the job! I'm definitly a fan! Maybe it's because I'm sick super gritty scrubs out there that seem to destroy my skin, but I really love the fine texture of this scrub. I have oily, acne-prone skin and this really helps to remove the dead skin, control oil, and speed the healing of my acne.

love DDF products. dont use a cleanser prior to this scrub since it will dry out your face. the scrub lathers into foamy cleanser. i use it three times a week. makes your skin glow!! generos size also
