Trioxil (bisazulene gel) 14% is indicated for mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris and requires just one application per day. You should apply a thin layer (more is not better) over the entire facial area after washing gently with a high quality cleanser. Apply one pea-sized dose to cover your entire face, avoiding the more sensitive areas around your eyes, nose and corners of the mouth. Don't spot treat by putting more Trioxil directly on the pimples. This won't clear them up faster. Dab it on your forehead, chin and both cheeks. Spread evenly over your entire face.

I've been on retin A, tazorac, and a bunch of other prescription crap and none of it ever worked! This is the best. After about two weeks my face was noticeably clear! I used only two bottles, and my face is still clear for about 3-4 years after I stopped using it.

I bought this product based on the rave reviews of it's acne clearing abilities. It is very mild and will never dry out or irritate your skin, even on the coldest winter day. Unfortunately, my skin got worse, and instead of having more superficial breakouts, I began to have deep painful breakouts after using it for a couple weeks. The product description says that it sometimes make your skin breakout worse before it gets better for the first 6 weeks so I kept with it for 2 months. I'm still having deep painful breakouts now. I don't know if it's got something to do with the deep delivery system but I'm really disappointed. Also, it has the strongest medicinal smell of any product I've used. You kind of get used to it after a while, and I even began to enjoy the smell but it didn't help my skin. Also it's dark, yellowish brown in color and leaves a yellow film on your skin. Weird product. I won't ever use it again.

Trioxil is the best acne product I have ever tried. I have struggled with acne for roughly 13 years; I went to a dermatologist when I was younger. Along with prescription creams that left my skin incredibly dry, I was on Accutane on two separate occasions. Still, I never really had clear skin, my acne was now just more controllable. At that point, I found Proactiv and used that for a number of years. This too, did not really remove my acne only kept it from getting incredibly bad. I also had to deal with lots of ruined clothes (due to the benzyl peroxide in the Proactiv) and lots of time in front of the mirror applying all of the different steps (5 to be exact - cleanser, tone, oil-reducer, treatment lotion, moisturizing lotion) twice a day. I just started using Trioxil about a month ago; for the first time since I was a child, I have clear skin. Further, it is only necessary to use it once a day. You simply have to wash your face (I would recommend Hydroviton.CR also by DS Labs), then apply a thin layer of Trioxil to your face and neck. It completely absorbs within a minute or two - there is no smell, no dry or oily feeling, no threat of bleaching your clothes. It is an amazing product that I would recommend to anyone who seriously struggles with acne.

I'm 44 with oily skin, blackheads and there are always a few small pimples on my face at any given time. I've been using Trioxil for a month and the pimples are completely gone. Unfortunately, there has been no improvement in the blackheads. Also, this cream has a mild medicinal smell. Overall, I am quite pleased that I no longer have any pimples and I will continue to use this product.

Anyone who believes that acne products don't work or that they are all the same, has got to try Trioxil. You will be amazed.
