I love the dermaquest ZinClear sunscreens. I've used the original and this time I got the tinted formula for the summertime. I LOVE IT! It's not greasy and adds a subtle natural sun kissed glow to your skin.
Been using this for about a week now. I really like how gentle and non-greasy this is. It also help give you a subtle tan glow for fair skin like mine. I switched to this after using Jan Marini's spf30 with tint, which was a little too greasy and a little irritating since it was a chemical sunblock. I have been on Retin-A for over a month now and I have to use products that are not too harsh on my skin. I like Jan Marini, but they are bad about using fragrances and parabens in their products that can irritate the skin.
So not only does the Dermaquest tinted look and feel good on the skin it also has teprenone added to it to help extend the life of your skin cells and allow them to divide and replicate longer than normal while keeping them healthier.
Only negative I have found thus far is that you need to make sure you rub this in evenly across your entire face and neck or it will leave a streak or a splotch that is more tan than the other area. So after putting mine on I double check in the mirror from multiple angles to make sure its rubbed in well.
I highly recommend this suncreen if you want to add a little a subtle tan to your skin, without getting a real one. I have very fair skin and this does not look too dark on me. it comes out of the tube a little darker than expected, but once applied and rubbed in it fades much lighter and looks natural.
I will be buying this again and I may buy the regular version with out tint for this winter.
