I work in a day spa where we provide the entire Dermalogica line. I am 21 years old and I have acne as if I am a 15 year old! My skin is also extremely sensitive so products with harsher ingredients such as salcylic acid tend to make my acne far worse. I tapped into a few different combinations of the line and had the esthetician I work with provide facials, and my acne didn't get worse, but it didn't get better either. So I decided to try the entire sensitive line and in a few days the redness was improving. I do however still get one or two pimples and to treat those, I use Hit the Spot treatment from the Dermalogica teen line Clean Start. Barrier repair is my absolute FAVORITE because I have skin damage from having acne since I was 13 (and not knowing the proper way to treat it) and it helps to repair my skin!

I received a sample of this and within minutes my redness was gone (I have mild rosacea). It really does calm your skin. Can't comment on whether or not it would clog my pores since I only used it for 2 days.

I found barrier repair to be too thick with a wierd texture. It feels too heavy like my skin couldn't breathe.

I use this on cuts. It's like magic. It speeds up healing like I've never seen before. Not sure why but it's amazing. Hardly ever leaves a scar too... try it out!
