Apply to clean face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For lighter daily exfoliation, mix with a cleanser. As a more intensified exfoliant, allow to activate 10 minutes before rinsing. Use three times a week.

I've tried different high rating exfoliants and this one is the best. I was able to clean my enlargened pores and literally see them get smaller in size. I like the fact the grains are not too irritating and does not dissolve into water. The scrub leaves me with a clean, radiant skin I haven't had for a long time.

This is a good weekly scrub. It has corn meal instead of walnut shell which has jagged edges. Works good without tearing up your skin.
