My lips are exfoliated, plumped, *and* moisturized with this perfect balm. A little goes a long way as with all Eminence products, so the price point is actually pretty reasonable. If you are trying to minimize lines/lighten your lips, try this balm!
I was never into lip balms.....that is, until I tried this one. It's simply luxurious, luscious, and warm, and moisturizes without being shiny or greasy. It works very well under lip liners and drier lipsticks. Alone, it makes my lips look fuller and plump. I do believe it plumps as well as my chemical-laden LipFusion XL. Love!
