I tried this cleanser to remove various types of skin care products that I used, and it wasn't very effective. It did not remove my physical sunscreens (spf 30), leaving behind much residue, as if it didn't even come close to breaking it down. I find that unacceptable. It did a poor job of removing morning skin cremes and serums, too. In most cases, I had to follow up with a different cleanser to get my face and neck thoroughly clean. There are much better organic and elegant cleansers than this one, I suggest skipping this one, if you are a daily sunscreen wearer and/or nighttime skin creme user, as I am.
The scent of this cleanser is beyond delicious! The cleanser is a very thin mousse and needs to be massaged in and sit a few minutes before washing off. I usually massage it in and then bush my teeth. If you simply put it on with a wet cloth your make up will not come off. I would not recommend for in shower use ( I use the citrus exfoliating wash for my morning shower routine). However, give this 2 minutes to soak in and your pores will be tight and debris free. I consider it well worth the wait for my two minutes of aroma therapy with the uplifting lemon scent.
This cleanser was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I absolutely love it! My skin has never looked better. I have sensitive combination skin with some flakes and this has really improved the look and texture of my skin. Can't say enough good things about it.

For the customer that felt it didn't clean her skin, it may be that a little more effort is needed? Whenever I've had a facial they've used this product, but rather than a quick wash (like I would normally do) they take the time to really massage the product about my face for about 2-3 minutes. I feel squeaky clean after!
This cleanser is great. I used it in my treatment room for every skin type. It is not to drying for mature skin, but I know my oily skin clients would be getting a good clean. I use day and night and my skin has never looked better.
This light lemony cleansing milk is heaven~ It is good for any skin type, including mine, normal to oily and sensitive. It leaves no greasy residue and is perfect for any climate. This is the one cleanser I know I will never be without!!!!
