how to use it
Use after cleanser, masque or exfoliating cream to remove all traces of previous products and to reveal the clearness of the complexion. Spray directly onto the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on. May also be applied with cotton pads.

I tried this in place of using Dr Hauschka's Rythmic Night Conditioner. Which may not even come close, but the main ingredient appears to be the same. And this is priced much lower. I'm pretty happy using this both at night after cleansing and in the morning after showering. The smell is fairly light. Although it does not list alcohol in the ingredients, sometimes it smells like it has alcohol in it.
