The Glytone Acne Treatment Kit contains three products designed to work together effectively to help maintain healthy skin for individuals with acne-prone skin. Daily use of the products on the face, chest or back will safely and gently help reduce acne blemishes and control breakouts.

Cleansing Gel (6.7oz)- Designed to adjust the pH of your skin and help rid your skin of dead cells.

Acne Treatment Toner (8oz)- a medicated toner containing salicylic acid, works as an effective agent to breakdown acne and remove excessive oils.

10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel (2oz)- A maximum strength OTC.

Cleanser - Cleanse the skin twice daily, am and pm. Dispense a small amount into palms, mix with a small amount of water. Massage over wet face and neck in circular motions for two minutes. Thoroughly rinse off with warm water and pat dry.

Toner - Cleanse the skin thoroughly with any Glytone cleanser, eg. Cleansing Gel, before application. Moisten a cotton ball and wipe over affected areas one to three times daily. Because excessive drying may occur, start with one application daily then gradually increase to two or three applications per day or as directed.

Treatment Gel - Apply after Acne Cleansing Toner. Cover affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive dryness may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three applications daily. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs reduce application to daily every other day. If going outside, allow Acne Treatment Gel to dry then follow with Glytone Sunscreen, eg. Sunblock SPF 20.

have to say this stuff is pretty good...i've noticed a big difference in my skin, most of my pimples have dried up after a week but occasionally still break out once in a while....the toner does help alot...make sure to put on moisturizer after aplying the products!

I used it for about 5 days and I noticed hardly any change. My skin was a little softer. I use this on my arms for the bumps and on my thighs for the red spots, but on the bend of my arm it burnt me. I was in agonizing pain for about 6 days, and the burns went away pretty quick after I used the Aloe Vera gel. I looked up on Yahoo! that if you use this product icorrectly, it can cause problems. But I'm desperate enough to give this product a second try. I've heard great reviews on this product and a fair amount of bad ones. Hopefully this product will work for me. I really hope so, I want to start wearing shorts and short sleaves again! :)

this product actually works after a month of use. at first, you will break out a little, not too much cuz your skin adapts to glycolic, salicylic and benzoyl. then youll see the results after 2 weeks. ive been using it for a month and my face is getting so much better everyday. i highly recommend this to moderate to severe acne conditions, and to oily skin types.

I have had acne since my teens, I am in my 20s now and still suffer from acne on my face, chest, and back. I have taken Accutane 5 different times, other antibiotics, and used every OTC and RX cream on the market. I have tried Proactiv, and it is for much milder acne than mine, it did not do a thing for me. I SWEAR BY GLYTONE. My dermatolgist tells me that I am one of the 5 most severe cases of acne he has ever seen, I dont just get the occasional breakout. I have oily skin and get cytsic acne. To me there is nothing greater than this 3 step program. I swear by it. I have wonderful looking skin now and actually get lots of compliments on my complection. To me it is worth double what I pay for it. USE THIS PRODUCT IT IS AMAZING.

this product seem to work best for oily skins, because it dries out skin like i've never seen before, i'd use moisturizer, and it would hardly effect it. Took a few months to see any significant changes, and even then, it's not worth it. tried even using it once a day, but it would still irritate the skin. like somebody else that, it's pretty much lie proactive, but 3x the price, and harsher on skin.

When I crossed over tow my twenties I started getting break outs badly, I visited my dermotologist. she recommended me this product and guess what its been the best of the 100 products even proactive and it didnt work like this one. Is the one. you would not be sorry only if you use it correctly.

I've been using this product for over a month. It's ok at best. Don't believe any reviews that say "After just a week it makes my skin better" or anything of that nature. Does it remove acne well? Ans- not really, it has some effect but doesn't really make it vanish. Will it make your skin look better? ans-No not really. It may make it look better but not a big difference. Just makes it really dry. Will it prevent acne? I still get acne. This product really does dry the a lot skin. So you may not want use it more than once a day. for 51 dollars I'd recommend trying proactiv first. That's what i'm moving on to now. It pretty much has the same system as proactiv (cleanser toner, and lotion). But I'd go with proactiv first before trying this glytone. Proactiv is 19.99.

I am 36 and have used lots of other acne treatments including a course of roaccutane when i was in my 20s, which helped for a year and then the problem returned. this glytone pack has been really effective, particularly the toner - used in conjunction with regular (gentle) glycolic peels, my skin is the best it's been in years.

i guess i'm not completely disappointed with this product, but not as happy as i was hoping to be. it has done VERY LITTLE to keep new acne from forming and the ones that i do get seem to be bigger than before. they all leave my african-american skin very scarred. however, it is a very good exfoliator. my skin peels a lot, but i don't mind because i have noticed that the scabs from the acne dry over quickly. after the first couple of weeks, my skin became VERY itchy, but i hung in there. now it doesn't itch as much. and it's weird that although my skin is still very oily, this product makes my face feel like it's dry and cracked. i will probably continue to use until i can find something else. the last dermatologist i went to seem to have no concern that this was a serious situation for me and all she wanted to do was prescribe me pills. i can't believe she didn't suggest something like this to me since these products are dermatologically recommended.

Oh my gosh! I was very sceptical of trying this product because the last product I had used had flared up my skin and made it worse. I have suffered acne for 11 years and have tried EVERYTHING. I found this site while looking for cures, I read the reviews and I can now undertand what the fuss is about, I have been using glytone for about 5days and my skin is looking better and better.. I don't even wear foundation during the day anymore, the flesh tone lotion covers anything I am paranoid about but works on my skin at the same time. I've never been happier. Best money spent! Its fantastic.. and it's only been 5 days!

To the lady that had an unsatisfactory result, I was in your same shoes. I am 31 years old and for the last 20 years have battled acne. Spent a fortune on products.Have you considered lazor treatment? I took 6 lazor treatments at a local Skin treatment center and get frequent chemical peels. I use the glytone acne kit...(which was recommended by them)I was just like you please don't give up on this. I started the treatments 12/06. I have had amazing results. I have had only one or two pimples since then. Maybe the combination will help you the way it has me. I only wish that I knew about it long ago...

at 35years, my face decides to break out into red, swollen cyst all over my face and it's very devastating. i have tried proactiv, murad, and other products from cheap to very pricey and none of them seem to work. i bought this kit and after 1 month, my face looks worse than it ever has. i looked into accutane and decided it was too expensive at $500 with my insurance plan but i might consider it. if anyone has other suggestions or helpful tips, i'd really appreciate it. the cleanser is not bad but the toner is too drying and benzol peroxide dries it out even more.

I have been using this product since I was a senior in high school. It has now been 4 years since I graduated and I still will not use anything else. I've always had very acne prone skin. Proactiv worked for me pretty well, but if you want more effective results, Glytone is the best. My dermatologist said my skin is mature enough to move on to just using Neostrata products and that my breakout days are over, but advised that if I'm happy with Glytone to stick with it as long as I want. I have combination skin, so it really helps with the oil and removing dry skin cells too! When I use large amounts of it my skin tends to dry out a little, but it's totally worth it.

Over the years I have used just about every product out there. My acne was swollen and my face was sore all day. At times, it was hard to even lay on a pillow because it was so uncomfortable. I was taking oral meds for my acne from the Dr. when I found this product. It made a difference in about a week and a half! My face has been crystal clear for going on 7 months now. I use the clay masque along with the acne treatment kit, and I will not use anything else. I usually buy a couple of boxes at a time, just so that I know I will never be out. My sister had the same type of skin that I did and as soon as she started using it, she threw everything else out. I tell everyone I know about this line, it is the best!

I have had moderate acne for over ten years. I've tried several OTC products as well as those recommended by my dermatologist. I tried Glytone for the first time about three months ago and must admit that I love the product. You should use all three - the cleanser, toner and benzoyl peroxide every single time to see maxumum results. Since my skin can be sensitive, I would occasionally skip the toner and benzoyl peroxide but then I would see the odd blemish appear. I also purchased the "flesh tinted acne treatment lotion" and the "SPF15 lotion" both of which are also great products. The treatment lotion is a sulfur base and really smells like it! The lotion with SPF definitely has some kick to it - it tingles every single time I use it. Overall, I would recommend the glytone acne system as well as other glytone products.

For those of you who like to read the reviews about products before you buy, Pay Attention! Glytone works because it incorporates glycolic acid, salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Glycolic acid breaks down the glue that holds the dead skin cells together, it typically takes 15 to 30 days for new cells to reach the surface layer or epidermis of the skin. As cells rise to the surface they begin to die, unfortunately in many people (myself included)the cells don't slough off like they should which gives way to rudy, tired, uneven skintone, and acne. In addition these dead cells clog the pore and sebum (naturally produced oils in our skin) becomes trapped, add some bacteria (p. acnes)and PRESTO!! ACNE. The inflammation and infection are a result of the body's natural defenses trying to fight the bacteria. Blackheads and whiteheads are just trapped cells, oil and debris. The discoloration in blackheads is due to melanin. Salicylic acid helps to break down the oils and dissolve impurities and the benzoyl peroxide fights the p. acnes bacterium. This is a great combination for those with mild to moderate cases of acne. The regular OTC products just aren't designed to be that effective on our skin types. Please take note that when you begin using products of this caliber it is quite possible that you will experience an increase in breakouts! This is because the products are purging all the junk that is trapped in your pores that the other stuff just can't do. Some experience a more marked increase than others and some very little change at all, that's just the way it is. Additionally, if you have sensitive skin I would suggest starting out very slowly perhaps with just one of glytone's face cleansers (USING IT EVERY OTHER DAY UNTIL YOU SEE HOW YOUR SKIN IS GOING TO REACT) and gradually build up your regimen.

I recently began having severe skin problems and have tried everything from vitamin E to Proactiv. The Proactiv worked well, but not great and after a while I stopped noticing a change in my skin. I just bought Glytone a few days ago, and after only 4 applications I see a remarkable difference in my skin. The dark spots have diminished, the acne disappears the next morning and my skin feels tighter and looks crystal clear. Much better than Proactiv, it costs the same and you get more for your money!

While I can't give anything 5 stars since nothing has been complete magic for acne, this comes close. I have tried everything for 10 years...Retin A, perscriptions, antibiotics, bc, proactive, masks, spa treatments. Anyway, this is it. It stops acne almost 100% and clears the scars FAST. I have moderate to severe acne, so this stuff really does work. I tried to not use it for a month becuase I was trying to save money and used just a benzoyl cleanser. I broke out in about 15 large painful pimples. Within 3 days of returning to Glytone, all the pimples healed and the redness is gone. I'm a believer...

I have always had some acne issues yet at 38 I just had deep hard cysts all over my face. My doctor says it is postpartum hormones and prescribed the pill to help it but that never worked when I was younger. Five days ago I did a web search for acne and came across this site and although Proactive did not impress me years back I thought the price and feedback on the Glytone was worth a try. I ordered on Thursday and got it Saturday Within 24 hours the inflammation had disappeared and I could feel the infections subside. Four full days later the deep acne spots are nearly healed some Ive had for up to 3 weeks. I have experienced some peeling but it has been worth it. The only thing that could make this kit even better would be a moisture lotion. I am completely sold on Glytone and this company.

I have tried everything from Proactiv Murad Glymed Plus.....the list is too long to continue. After moving overseas my skin became worse than the ormal breakout here and there. I went to two different Dermatologists and was told to use the prescription products that dry out everything else but the acne. I have used everything over the years and nothing has touched my acne. After I had nose surgery and the cast came off there were so many pimples I wanted to cry. My doctor sugest Glytone and I thought what could it hurt. I tried it and the next day almost all of the breakout was cleared up. This is a skin miracle that I have been waiting for.

This product worked better for me than I could have ever hoped One month before my wedding I went to a dermatologist desperate for something that would help my severe acne after trying numerous medicationsproducts with no success. She said I needed acutane but I was hestitant because of the side effects. She recommended Glytone and it has been a miracle cure for me. None of the expensive prescription drugs even came close to helping my skin but Glytone has completely stopped my skin from breaking out and even helped my scars diminish I wish I would have tried it years ago. A few months ago I was in pain from my severe acne and my face would be easily irritated. The sores were so bad that they would bleed when ever I washed my face no matter how gentle I tried to be. The toner did burn a little at first when I started using it. Now everyone makes comments to me about how beautiful my skin looks

After suffering from acne throughout my teenage years I tried every product to clear my skin. When my dermatologist recommended Glytone I bought the kit at his office the same day. I have to say it was slightly expensive ($50) at his office but the product has done wonders for my acne. After the first 2-3 weeks my skin actually worsened as expected but then dramatically improved. I had no more redness, pimples, whiteheads, or blackheads. I used a moisturizer to help the dryness due to the glycolic acid but overall this product changed my life. Now I am proud of my skin and cannot wait until homecoming this year!

I have used everything from accutane to differin gel. Accutane worked fantastic, but the side effects were terrible. This kit was gentle on my skin, yet still seemed to get rid of acne as well as accutane. The wash it comes with is great too. I had moderate, persistent acne.
