| I ordered the acne kit by Glytone mainly due to the glowing reviews. I told myself I would give the products at least a full 12 weeks before making a decision on whether or not to continue with them. Now, 12 weeks later, I am happy!
My skin type is oily/sensitive, and I had some doubts about the system because I was already using a glycolic acid program with moderate results, but still breaking out frequently. I finally had enough and decided to make a change.
When I first started the Glytone system I saw some initial clearing withing the first two weeks, which was encouraging. I like the gel wash, the scent is good, and my skin felt good afterward. Well, from weeks 3-8 my skin went through it's ups an downs while getting used to the glycolic formation. Finally, my skin turned the corner and I woke up one morning, touched my face, and was shocked at how smooth it was becoming!
I am so thankful to the Glytone products, because my skin is looking better and better each day! Now I get compliments on my skin again like I used to and it feels really good!
Overall I woudl say this is a great product if you are willing to be patient, and let your skin get adjusted to it. I realize now that I had a lot of blocked pores under my skin, that were cleaned out with these products. Now that my pores are clean, my skin looks better and feels smoother! Lovin' it! |
