Green Cream High Potency Retinol is an effective treatment for the following conditions:

Green Cream 0.6% stimulates exfoliation of dull looking epidermal cells by accelerating skin cell turnover time from the standard 30 to 35 day cycle to 5 to 6 days causing the skin to appear smoother and brighter looking. For sensitive skin types and people that want to ease into a retinoid regimen should start with our Level 3 strength high potency retinol. Though Level 3 is the mildest strength you can still expect to see visible results after a few months of daily use.
how to use it
If you have never used a retinoid or your skin is sensitive to topical treatments, you should test a small area of your face and then, wait 24 hours for any kind of reaction. If no reaction, you should apply a small amount to your face once a week for 2 to 3 weeks. Next, apply Green Cream® 3 times a week for a month. Ultimately, your goal should be to work up to applying Green Cream® every other night. Be patient as your skin adapts to a retinol treatment. Even with infrequent applications, you should see some results. Also, it is best that you start with Level 6, (level 3 for sensitive skin) Green Cream®.
After gentle cleansing with a mild soap or cleanser, apply a small amount to the entire face, initially avoiding the eye and neck areas. Start using Green Cream® every other night for 1 to 2 weeks and gradually increase to once or twice daily as tolerated. For maximum benefit, use Green Cream in the evenings when possible as this product can easily be inactivated by light.
Occasionally, a burning or stinging sensation may be felt during the first few weeks of use. Redness or a mild rash can also develop. Discontinue use of the product for a few days and apply a bland moisturizer or mild hydrocortisone cream or lotion as needed. The latter should be discontinued when symptoms are improved.
Flaking may occur since dull sun-damaged cells are being shed and new, younger cells are being stimulated. As needed, using a mild exfoliant followed by a moisturizer can help shed the peeling skin.
I'm extremely pleased with the results I got using this cream. After only a month, my adult acne is significantly reduced, and my overall skin tone is noticably better. I'm really glad I found this product and will continue to use it.

I've used this product for over 2 years, after I decided it was time to take my skin care seriously and I had developed stubborn adult acne. After a few months, it cleared the acne (went through a fast stage of increased oiliness) shrank my pores, and smoothed and evened my skin!! I have to bump down to level 3 in the winter (occasionally using L6 or mixing the two).The results are amazing. This one absorbs more quickly into the skin than the other retinols I've tried, and I'm convinced that this minimizes irritation!
If you are hesitant to try GC because of some of the questionable reviews, I would suggest visiting their website and speaking with the moderator via the message board. They are very helpful and will answer all of your questions/concerns. I love the product and have been using it for 9 months now.
In regard to the poster who only used the product for 8 weeks...IMHO it takes anywhere from 2-4 months to begin seeing real results. Patience grasshopper:)
I didn't expect the Green Cream to be so green. It was so unnaturally green I began asking questions how did it get so green??
It is unfortunate to note that Green Cream has toxic chemicals in it. Absorbed by the skin, and although the body will evacuate most of these foreign chemicals, trace amounts continue to build up in your system with continued use.
The cream contains small amounts of yellow 5 (banned in most countries), red 3 (a known carcinogen from coal tar, banned in most countries), red 40 (toxic and comes from coal tar), and blue 1 (banned in most european countries).
All for color??
I have to ask... WHY? Why do they do this? Why must they ruin a good thing with these harmful chemicals to make the cream "green"? Is it to have a more marketable product?
I personally don't care if the cream is green or not, IF IT WORKS. As far as I am concerned they care more about the business aspect (marketing, sales, money) than they do about the integrity of their product.
This product is like drinking bottled water from the purest source in the world only to find out they put in a couple drops of gaosoline in the water to give it an ever-so-slight gold tint to it.
All about the money?
I hope consumers confront them about this and don't just keep buying in to the hype and marketing.

I was actually looking for an animal friendly, non animal by product, non chemical eye cream and it appears impossible....REALLY.
I read all these comments and thought ok this might be the product for me, then i read the ingredients and Brents comments...Im stll looking on the web for an eye cream !!!!!!!!
If the cream is as good as most of the reviews then if it were tested on animals I'm sure they showed signs of decreased sun damage and better skin too. Seems like a good deal for the animals if you ask me........
