Use before bed on clean, dry lashes. Apply a very small amount to base of upper lashes (as if applying a liquid eyeliner). Pat gently with clean fingertip to distribute evenly along base of lashes and onto lashes themselves. Apply to brows where needed. Allow to fully dry before applying other skin care products.
