how to use it
Twist the bottom portion of the wand to retrieve desired amount of product. Smooth over the under-eye area until product is distributed evenly. Active Light can be applied before or after foundation.
Unfortunately I have dark circles under my eyes because of my nationality. However, this makes it look soooo much better. I used to use a brand you could buy in the drug store, however, it doesn't compare to this! The other would rub off eventually and would cake up. This product doesn't cake. I also use it on some of the areas I have dark spots and it covers those up too!
