Ideal for those with oily, acne-prone skin who want to clear acne blemishes and smooth out wrinkles.

Kinetin helps infuse nourishing moisture into the skin while smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. Oleanolic Acid helps to manage excess oil production. Salicylic Acid clears the pores of acne-causing oil.

Apply a thin layer once daily for light to moderate break outs. May be applied twice daily for more severe break outs.

I used this product with such excitement. But, in the end it wasn't what i had expected. It was just "ok." I suffer from adult acne and really didn't notice a dramatic change. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I have mild acne especially around my forehead..I was already using the kinerase lotion and started using the blemish control..My acne disappeared in a week..love it it does smell like foot which goes away after 5 min..I find it helps to use serums within the same line..product becomes more potent..

After a couple day of kinerase usage, my pimples worsen turning into huge red pimple size that only looks to be growing and leaving acne scars.

I had adult cystic acne. My dermatologist recommended this. I though, yeah sure, but I didn't believe it would work. Within one month my break outs were minimal and much much less severe. Oil production is down, without at all being dry. Second month during my cycle I had only one pimple, not cytic. I can hardly believe it myself but this stuff works. Who cares what it smell like, it works.and the smell is gone immediately upoing drying.

I did forget to mention that with my cystic acne I use the product in the morning and the evening. The clear up is so remarkable that I will stick to 2x daily. My acne is moderate to severe, clearning inbetween only to normally come back prior to my cycle.

I purchased this item to help reduce/minimize excess sebum. Within days of using it, I've noticed a positive difference. Regarding the scent, I have to concur with the other reviewers. However, once the serum has absorbed into your skin the scent is gone. I highly recommend this product.

I've used it for about three weeks now, and I haven't noticed any difference in my skin quality whatsoever...I'm breaking out just as usual. Also, it smells like dirty laundry, which I guess the other comment already took care of...but I don't know. Maybe I'm just impatient? But three weeks seems like a while. To hell with non-useful expensive treatments, I say! Good old fashioned clean-and-clear it is.

this price is definitely a good deal. i've seen results within a month and i've had fewer breakouts since i wear it under my make-up. it smells like an old dish rag, but hey it does work. when i originally bought it at sephora the sales chick said it smells that way because there's no masking fragrance.
