| I first heard about putting topical Vitamin C on the face in the book "Skin Type Solution" by Dr. Leslie Baumann and she recommended this brand very highly. Evidently topical Vitamin C comes in many forms but many of them are not effective because of the source of Vitamin C that's used and how it is formulated and packaged. I can tell you that I've used this product for about 7 months,am & pm,in my mid 50's and live in Arizona where it's dry and this product has made such a difference! It has really reduced my pigmentation from too much sun over the years and has increased my collagen levels as I can tell quite a difference in wrinkles/lines and the condition of my skin. I have semi-dry skin. I've used both the one for combination/normal skin and the one for dry skin. This is really a wonderful brand and product and will continue to use it every day. I also recommend the book "Skin Type Solution". It is really a unique book that gives alot of insight about skin types, skin conditions/problems and the best products to use. |
