I am 31 and have combination acne plus dry skin. This cleanser is the best of the medicated washes I have tried by La Roche Posay. I alternate it with Toleraine on days I do not feel the need for a medicated wash. I feel it is helping with the tone of my skin plus the acne. Afterwards I use the Potent C for moisture.
I have been using this for maybe a month, alternating between the Toleriane and this cleanser. I have combo skin, issues with oily t-zone and some clogged pores. This cleanser is potent. My face feels tingly after using it, and feels amazingly clean. It may be a tad drying for my drier areas, as I noticed some flaky areas if I use this several nights in a row. I still feel like it's really helping to keep pores clean. I will continue to use this.

I am 42. I have always had very oily skin, some acne, rosacea, melasma, and now the start of wrinkles. I have used all types of products, but this one is by far the best at treating and improving all my conditions without having to alternate different washes. I love it and have recommended it to my patients as well.
