This soap is great! La Roche-Posay Lipikar Surgras Cleansing Bar helped clear up my severe eczema which covered almost my entire body. My skin is now clear, smooth and soft. Whenever I try to use another soap, my skin reacts terribly after a few days. I definitely recommend the soap to anyone who is desperately looking for a cleansing bar that soothes and clears up not only eczema but also softens dry and sensitive skin.

Since I had a great experience with the Lipkar Lipid Replentishing Body Milk and was looking for a soap bar that can be used for my face and body, I tried this one. Once again a great product from this brand. Relatively reasonable, great for all body types including dry skin (the reason how I was recommended La Roche Posay). Using it daily it takes me 2-3 months to go through so worth it.
My daughter has suffered with eczema for about five years. She has been on every prescription cream around, both from her pediatrician and dermatologist. This soap was recommended by an adult friend of ours with eczema and within two days of bathing with the soap, there was such a dramatic difference in her skin. I have recommended this product to two other parents I know dealing with eczema and both have also seen results. This is a great product at a reasonable price, the bar of soap lasts quite a while, but most importantly, my daughter's skin is CLEAR!
