I am using my first tube of this moisturizer and so far I like it for my winter sensitive skin. It is definitely NON-irritating for me. The only downside I can list is, it doesnt absorb as much as I would have liked..but the film it leaves, IF you would even term it a film, is scant. I would order another one.
My skin loves this stuff. I literally have not had a breakout since I began using this product. Even after facial waxing my skin remained calm and soothed.
Great mid weight moisturizer for oily-acne prone skin4
This a good moisturizer to have to sensitive acne-prone skin. Nice light lotion texture, goes on smoothly and absorbs well. A step up from the toleriane fluid. I have both and I alternate between them.
It is difficult to find a suitable moisturizer for sensetive, acne prone skin. It needs to be lightweight (to allow absorbance)and, most importantly, free from oil and perfume. Toleraine Soothing Lotion ticks each of these boxes. I live in Paris where cheaper, US brands (such as Nutrogena) aren't widely available and so I opted for Toleraine amongst a group of similar high-end products which dominate the French retail market. Although it is more expensive I do belive it to be a superior product. It absorbs quickly and is reassuringly free from any fragance. I apply a 50cent-size ammount to the face after applying my acne mediaction. I would advise waiting 10-15minutes after applying medication before using Toleraine, in order that the two products aren't too closely mingled. My skin is then supple and ready for careful makeup application (although its important to use hypo-allergenic makeup, also free from perfume and preferably mineral based rather than oil-based). Good Luck, I hope you find a product that suits you.

When my favorite skin cream for Rosacea was taken off the market, I had a major panic attack. However, I did a ton of research and took a chance on the Toleriane facial fluid with FANTASTIC RESULTS! It's absolutely perfect for anyone with mild/moderate rosacea and severely sensitive skin. Keeps my skin dewy and soft -- even in the harsh winter months.
I've tried this several times and each time it irritates my skin. My guess is the squalane which I know many rosaceans are sensitive to. Too bad, so many people love it.
