I suffered from cystic acne for several years as did my sister. My sister had a much more severe case and after using this product for 6 months had clear skin. I was so amazed with the results I decided to try it myself along with the face wash and my face was clear within a few months. I have not had a cystic pimple in months. I have used this product for several years. I am 59 years old, don't wear makeup and I get compliments on my complexion!! You have to start with level I and work up. It's great.
