I am almost done with week two of this and I am very happy with the results. I have been battling acne since about 21. After getting off of birth control and having babies (breastfeeding, getting pregnant again, you know the cycle) my skin has been consistently broken out with inflammatory acne that leaves red marks that stay forever. After my last child, I have been searching for a solution. I've tried retinol, Epionce, M2 (got me really close to clear but not all the way) and others that all irritated my skin or dried me out, but NONE of them actually stopped the acne completely. This product however is the closest I have been in a long time. I have only gotten on pimple in two weeks which is a record and my skin is less red and soothed. I am hopeful that I have finally found my solution!

Update on review: This really has been the product that I have been looking for. If used consistently (2 times a day) it completely solves my acne problem. However, since using this, I have learned that I have to be very careful with companion products to reduce irritation. If I use the Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion (has retinol too) or a too strong cleanser, I will get a pimple the next day. BUT, if I use this with a gentle cleanser and basic moisturizer, my skin is completely clear...and that hasn't been true in years! So excited!
