DOESNT LIVE UP TO ITS NAME. ITS A GOOD MOISTURISER, LIKE ANY OTHER, BUT IT DEF DOESNT LIGHTEN DARK CIRCLES NOR SMOOTH EVEN THE FINEST LINE. DOESNT WORK FOR ME. SORRY NEOSTRATA!
