I use tretinoin 0.025% acne treatment at night. Can I use this Moisturizer during the day after i was my face in the morning? Will it havea bad reaction with the Tretinoin i use at night?

I have seriously oily, seriously sensitive skin. When I use the mandelic serum and the oil control moisturizer, I am stunned by the way my skin just does not get shiny. Makeup stays smooth and it doesn't oxidize (very important, since I'm pale and I do not need foundation that goes orange a few hours after I apply it). This moisturizer plays nicely with liquid and mineral foundations and has never irritated my skin -- amazing. I've tried so many high-end products that claim to be oil-control primers but didn't work (Prime Time, Peter Thomas Roth Max Anti-Shine, Smashbox, you name it) and I have used mattifying sunscreens from Japan, but none of them work as well as this product, and the synergistic effects achieved when using the serum + moisturizer together is nothing short of spectacular. My rosacea is helped, clogged pores are unclogged, and blackheads... what blackheads? They used to be there, but now they're gone.

This stuff, in my opinion, is worthless. It costs about twice as much as the 10% Mandelic acid serum does and the ingredients are nearly the same, besides some ingredients to give it a matte look. It doesn't moisturize at all - in fact, if anything, it made my skin more dry and flaky. $29 shipped and it's pretty much just a weaker mandelic acid serum.

I use the entire Nucelle line for Oily skin religiously now...I love the Oil-Controlling Moisturizer, it is the ONLY one I can use and I've tried almost possible one out there for oily skin and none of them work like the Nucelle product. During the day the oil is controlled on my skin and it diminishes the redness I have from rosacea and acne as well. I only use it in the AM and use DDF Ultra-Lite Oil Free Moisturizer at night - It is too strong for me to use twice/day.

I love the Nucelle line without a doubt. I bought this product after my purchase of the 10% serum for my acne prone skin. Its very light and goes on nice. BUT it does not moisturize my face in any way. It does control shine throughout the day but does not moisturize. If you have very oily shiny skin, this product is great for you. If you have semi-oily but more towards the dry flakey type of skin, I would pass on this. I still use it but I must apply a seperate mositurizer. Also the bottle is small and probably wont last long considering you need two pumps at the least.

This shinecontrol is simply put rarefied 10 percent mandelic acid serum with a little starch for more matte effect. I compared it directly to the 10 percent serum and the mattifying powers are almost equivalent. I can understand the higher price of this compared to the serum.

I just wanted you to know that this is the BEST WORKING anti shine product that I have ever triedI have purchased from the most expensive brands to the lower priced one and everything in between. This prduct not only wards off shine for the entire day until I wash my face but also does double duty as a moisturizer. It does not get crumbly or interfere with any of my cosmetics as some of the other products do.Thanks again for a great all day matte product that really works

I purchased the starter kit, and in the past I never used moisturizer because I've never found one that did as promised for oiler skins. My skin is smooth, hydrated and not shiny. I could only rate a 1-5, but this stuff is a 10 :).
