how to use it
Wet face with warm water. Dispense a nickel-size amount of Daily Care Cream Cleanser into the palm of your hand. Gently massage cleanser over entire face. Rinse skin thoroughly and pat dry. Wait 10 minutes to allow skin to dry completely before applying Therapeutic Lotion.
This product has been an absolute dream -- I am a man, yes it is that good. Been using it for about two years and have had really good success. Two years ago I had chronic dry skin and suffered through occasional breakouts that would be pretty bad and embarrassing. I washed twice daily and used a moisturizer in the morning out of necessity. Acne and skin was roughly the same for 15 years, mediocre. Was referred to this product from a dermatologist that I was seeing really for a mole check, not for acne/skin. Best off hand advice ever given. After about a week of use I immediately noticed I didn't need any moisturizer any more. Then after about two weeks my skin cleared up to the point where my family was making comments about how good it looked. Still use both the cleanser and lotion. I saw there was no review for this, so figured I would add my experience. Like many other reviewers, I've tried everything and spent a small fortune trying to clear my acne. An aesthetican I was seeing a few months ago for blue light with Levulin treatments (which I recommend) recommended the Obagi system. I'm 34, so she advised the normal to dry system, in conjunction with Step 1, the cleansing gel from the normal-to-oily kit. I really like the two together. I use the cream first and then the gel, and it leaves my skin feeling clean without over-drying it.
