how to use it

This is the BEST cream I have found to tame my psoriasis. I cannot say enough good things about how this calms the breakouts and some of them acutal go away! You must try this product and see for yourself.
I had been told by my doctor that I was going to have to stop wearing eye make-up....for me that was practically unthinkable since I've been wearing eye make-up since I was 14 (and I'm nearly 61 now). All the doctor could offer me was periodic presecriptions of a strong hydrocortisone cream for my eyes - but she cautioned me that it would be better to stop using make-up.
Instead I decided to try Tolereen, since I was already using an Obagi sunscreen product and found it not to be irritating or troublesome on my dry, sensitive skin.
I could not believe the difference!
After only a few days of use, I was back to using eye make-up on a daily basis. I've been using it now for over a year - and I have to say, if it wasn't for Tolereen, I'd be wearing dark sunglasses every time I was out in public. I love not having dry, irritated eyelids and still being able to make-up my eyes.
My only 'negative' if you will is that I like to use as few products as possible, and find that Tolereen alone is not enough for my dry, sensitive skin. I need to add a different type of moisturizer on top; otherwise my skin looks and feels drier.
