How can it be 10% Vitamin C and second to last ingredient?

I have used Obagi Nu-Derm products for over two years and love what they have done for my skin. With that said, I'm really disappointed in the Professional-C 10% serum. 1. It smells like dry cleaning fluid. 2. L-Ascorbic acid is SECOND to the LAST ingredient. 3. It has a greasy feel when applied. As of now, I haven't noticed a difference in my face (I've used other Vita-C Serums before that were "WOW" on my face) BUT that could be my fault - I may have needed the 15% instead of the 10% solution. Hope this helps!

I tried the 10% on the advice of an Obagi rep. It is in a propylene glycol base, so it is more moisturizing than the 15 and 20%, which is water-based. I find it works better for my normal-dry skin. I love the tingling sensation when I first apply it, and my skin has a beautiful glow all day even after putting on my makeup.
