Apply a small amount daily to the back of the hand massaging each finger.
I used a whole tube of this hand cream. I couldn't tell that it did anything for my hands that a decent OTC cream wouldn't do. I even wore it to bed with cotton gloves on. My hands are still dry and crack easily.
