Apply a moderate amount to dry skin and massage gently. Wet hands and continue to gently massage in a circular motion for 1 to 2 minutes. A gentle, soothing wave of heat will be released as the product deep cleanses your pores and skin. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and towel dry. Recommended usage is 2 to 3 times per week or as directed by your physician. CAUTION: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you get product in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your physician. Keep out of reach of children.

I've used this scrub, first recommended by my dermatologist, for many years. I like that it's a good grainy scrub, not just a few exfoliating particles in too much lotion. You'll want to start out slowly, perhaps using the scrub only twice a week, till your skin adjusts, but at this point I use this scrub every morning in the shower.

I first tried this product while getting a facial. It was quite an experience! It first starts off with a warming sensation on your face, but after a light scrub and rinse, it left my face feeling so clean and smooth. I bought one at the spa and let my sister try it. She loved it, too!
