Don't take the first review too seriously. Moles are completely different to pigmented marks. I have dark spots from acne that I've never gotten rid of. This thing works!

maybe because ive not been using this consistently, but i havent seen any results yet, and i bought this about 3 months ago. I have a small mole on my face that has not seemed to get ANY lighter since i started using this product.
