This is my second purchase for my teenager. She has sensitive skin; this product does not irritate her skin. She has used several items but this one is the best. It last a long time if you use for spot treatment. I use it too when I have stress breakouts.

I have very sensitive, Asian dark skin with cystic acne. I tried the Blemish Control on a few very large, painful, zit underneath the skin. It didn't sting, nor dried out my face. Within 3-4 hours, the zit deflates to half its size, not painful to the touch anymore. Within 2 days of using the gel every 4 hours, it was gone. I now carry one in my purse for any zit that I feel is creeping its way out. This is one product that really works.

It works well in that it keeps my skin more clear than ususal without the dryness. I have had products that work better but they also irritate my skin. I guess you can't have it all.

I'm a classic combination skin type. Its doesn't dry out my cheeks at all. This isnt a miracle for me, I still get my breakouts but they are a bit more controlled.
