This stuff smells unbelievably bad. But that is not the worst of it. I developed a serious sensitivity on my face after using this. It burned my face and I couldn't put anything else on, not even products I had used for years because everything BURNED. This went on for 2 weeks after I had stopped using this. Don't risk damage to your skin by using this junk.

I have been using the TNS recovery for 2 years now (I'm 38) and people are always asking me what all Ihave had done. I have very little to no visible sun damage, hardly any wrinkels and no laxity (in other words... not "parentheses" around my mouth!) I use it once a day - as well as the Vitamin C complex and the Retinol Complex. I think this is really all you need to do... plus moisturizer appropriate for your skin. Vitamin C complex for collagen synthesis and antioxidant... Retinol for ceel turnover... and your TNS to help repair damaged skin cells (like thos that produce too much melanin -> BROWN SPOTS!). All once a day - all very affordable compared to laser resurfacing and associated down-time. And is someone REALLY complaining about smell? I mean... REALLY? Don't even get me started explaining where every molecule in your medicine cabinet comes from... and you INGEST that stuff.

More to the point, it would be illegal to obtain fibroblasts from the earlobe or tip of the finger of an infant. That is why they use foreskins. Think about it.

I am 33 and have a combination skin with some adult acne and melasmasun spots. When I started using this product, almost right away there was a difference in the overall tone of my skin, it seemed firmer and the pore size decreased. That is probably the biggest effect. Also, the leftover acne spots and scars seem to go away faster. I didn't think it made a difference in my melasma and sun spots -- or rather, I attribute the improvement in those to the other products I am using. The smell doesn't bother me at all. In fact, it's nostalgic in a way, as I have used the fibroblast conditioned media solution in tissue culture research I did while doing my undergraduate degree. Someone had a great idea to put it in a small tube and charge an arm and a leg for it -- I should have just washed my face every day with this stuff in a lab, we had gallons of it ... just kidding, of course :) My only real complaint about this product, aside from its price, is that it makes my skin feel tight and sort of dried up right after application. I find it best to follow it with a rich moisturizer. Still, it's a five-star product.

Okay ladies, I don't know about the foreskin or why some women are actually hostile about this product. I will admit that it is pricey. I used up two bottles in 2 months. AMAZING RESULTS. I am 48 with sun damaged skin. This stuff does it all. Gives skin clarity and evens out tone. Lightens age spots, tightens skin & reduces pore size AND wrinkles. I decided to stop using it for a while because of the price. That was a mistake. My skin started to go back to the way it was and some of my dark spots reappeared. It does have a "funny" smell, but so what. I am going back to using it on a regular basis. Maybe I will only use it once a day to save $$$. The TNS Recovery is so great, that may be all I need. (with moisturizer-rec. Obagi C Day Lotion) OR cut some other products out. You may find you don't need the other stuff. Since the cost is $149.95, it is a great deal to get the Vitamin C, Retinol Complex & TNS Recovery Complex for only $199.00 when sold as a set. Really, I don't know how it works...BUT IT DOES!

I'm a 28 attorney/skin care junky. Bought this last year when I started noticing sun/age spots on my face. At first I thought maybe it was working, asked my husband every day . . . he said he never noticed any diference. Frankly, I didn't really notice anything happening and when the bottle ran out, haven't noticed a change since I stopped using it. I don't think I would buy it again, even if it was $25. Don't really think it does anything. Just a bunch of hype.

I think I love this product. I have been using it for at least a couple of years. At first the instructions said to use it twice a day for 3 months and then once a day. Now the instructions have changed. That is the only thing I wonder about....are they just trying to sell more or do you really need to use it twice a day?

sorry readers .. i just didn't see the results many tout about. i am 47 and decided to try the line of products including the tns rec. complex. the bottle is almost done, and i am still waiting to see a difference. i also use the cleanser, toner, c and retinol. yes, i spent alot of money .. and, sorry but i've seen better results with other products. this stuff is way, too expensive and i just smeared foreskin on my face .. i'm movin on to another product after giving this line a more than fair time trial.

I love this stuff and also find it very pricy. Have you ever tried to get all the gel out of the container? Well, pry the pump off and you'll find an extra week's worth. May need a toothpick to dig some of it out but at $100+, worth the effort! Suggestion to the manufacturer: find a better way of packaging to give everyone the full value!

Have used since early 2007 and really see the difference! My doc. told me twice daily for 3 months, then once a day for 3 months, now only every other day. Really helps with the expense. I'm 53 years old, with very fair skin and was really beginning to have large pores across my cheeks, this has really "refined" them. Yeah!

This is a fantastic product as long as you aren't allergic to perfume. When are they going to wise up and make a fragrance free version. They'll have a customer for life in me once they do. But the considerable benefits are entirely canceled out by itchiness and redness.

I thought about it for a while before purchasing this product. It is expensive and you never know if a product will live up to the hype. I am so glad that I decided to try it! I am now on my second bottle and I really like the way it makes my skin feel. My skin definitely feels softer and smoother and my boyfriend even said my skin looks great, and it takes alot for him to notice something like that! I am excited to see the continued results as I use it longer. The smell isn't great, but you get used to it. I use it morning and night and use MaMa lotion after TNS in the evenings.

This is in response to the post by SeekerofTruth. The TNS Recovery Complex contains Nouricel-MD which is a complex of various Human Growth Factors found in actual skin cells. These growth factors were obtained from bioengineered skin grown in a lab. This "lab-created" skin is grown by using fibroblasts obtained from an infant foreskin. Fibroblasts are pieces of tissue that can be used as a culture to grow more skin. This practice is commonly used to provide skin for skin grafts performed on burn victims. TNS does not contain any tissue or cells from an actual infant foreskin, but it contains Growth Factors derived from skin grown in a lab whose genetic markers were originally obtained from an infant foreskin. The reason it is obtained from a foreskin is simply because that is the easiest and most convenient source for skin cells obtained from an infant. The fibroblasts could come from an earlobe or the tip of the finger, but that is not really a very effecient method of obtaining skin samples. Also, infant fibroblasts are much more active than fibroblasts obtained from the skin of a 50 year old or even a 20 year old. It is also guaranteed to be healthy tissue - a factor that is extremely important. So, to make a long story short, there is a connection between TNS and infant foreskins but the reality is not nearly as gruesome as Seekeroftruth is making it sound.

The result is not good as I thought after using this product for 3 weeks. My skin was very nice before but now look like ghost. I have to wear a hat to go to work to cover my ugly face since pimples,redness, dark spots appeared after using this product. I do not recommend this product to any one. I am about going to return this product and get back my money.

This product actually does improve skin thickness and sagging. I can tell the skin around my eyes is much thicker. Normally, my skin is tissue paper thin in that area. I have noticed the difference when I rub my eyes. It's kind of amazing. I've used this product for 2 months. I put it on once a day at night. In the morning I use MaMa Lotion (sold on this website.) MaMa Lotion is made of fruit acids and makes your skin look very clean and fresh but just a warning: it is very drying. I have to take a break from it for a couple days here and there. One bottle of TNS Recovery Complex lasts for about 6 weeks.

I had burnt my face do to sun exposure a few times. Because of this irritation I had a bad acne break out. My doctor recomended an over the counter Benzoyl Peroxide product. I used that and I cured the break out but irritated my skin and dryed it out worse. After about 10 months of being out in the sun and using the Benzoyl Peroxide my skin was red dull and at times swollen before I finally realized it was the acne product that was further hurting my skin not the fact that I had acne. It was like getting a sun burn every time I used it. After only three days of using this product my skin is well on its way to being were it was before all the damage took place. My face is full and the redness is going away. The best part is I can actually see and feel it working. My skin feels tighter and fuller better retaining moisture. Unreal results. Just make sure that you use a good cleanser and toner before putting it on. I also used a vitamin C E serum to enhance the recovery of my skin. They say it takes four months to see results. Well if thats true my skin will never look better.

I am on my second bottle of TNS Recovery complex. As soon as I used it I had comments about my skin....it seemed to have a radiance about it. Because of the cost I let some time go by then decided to get it again. The first night I used it I had comments again. Not sure it has any lasting effect but it sure lools good when you use it. I too wish it was a bit less expensive.

I've tried many products with no real results to brag about. :)). However, I can happily say that TNS Recovery has been a wonderful product! I am a 45 year old California female and feel that my skin looks better than it did 10 years ago, with the help of TNS. My skin appears firmer, pores are smaller, no more breakouts, even skin tone. I'm a happy camper! Now, I know you're probably all saying, "Right, she thinks she looks good, the ole bag", but I'm telling ya, this stuff really works. It does take a while. Heck, I'm afraid of going under the knife or having Therma Cool with all the disasterous results that have been revealed in forums lately. So, if I really think about it, TNS isn't that expensive after all, compared to all those other methods that involve needles. Yeek!

I have just finished my second bottle and am trying to justify buying a third...yes, it has made a positive difference, but can I afford it on my budget? Sorry to say, I just can't. I will have to find something else even though this is by far the best product I have ever used. It's very sad that they can't give you more for your money or decrease the cost...one bottle lasted aproximately 6 weeks. If you can afford it - try it!

Some friends that have used this product have seen little or no difference and some have seen a lot. In my case, I have seen a huge difference in my skin tone, elasticity, luminosity, and diminishing of fine lines. Not sure what to say to those that have not seen any improvement. I guess not every product works on everyone. But for me, PEOPLE have complimented me on how great my skin looks. TNS RC has large molecules and not as easily absorbed in the skin. For this product to really work well, one has to exfoliate the skin and/or use products (i.e. Retinoid based as an example). It is also best to dampen the skin prior to application to help the absorbtion process, and to follow with some hydrating cream (any will do, I use Creme de La Mer or the TNS Moisturizing cream). I've done my homework prior to spending $125. I have been on it for 3 months, and I've seen the difference!!! And I've tried everything.
