how to use it

this serum gives my skin a healthy glow while controlling my oil. it also acts as a great make up base. i've been using it for 3 years now. while i can't tell if it "reduces wrinkles" or "brightens" my skin, i know it isn't spectacular at "repairing damage". that's why i'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5.
I seem to be the only person out there with skin that reacts to SkinMedica products. I tried a sample of this product on my face and neck. After using it one time I had redness and tingling. By the second night I had hives that were itching quite badly. I'm sure this is a wonderful product and I've read nothing but great reviews for all SkinMedica products. This is the second time I've had an allergic type reacting to their products. The other time was with TNS. In general my skin is not sensitive at all. It is very healthy and resilient. The texture of the product is lovely. I wish it worked for me.
I love the way this product glides on. My skin feels and looks better. I use it at night and I use 1 pump. I don't know if 1 pump is equal to 3 or 4 drops but it's plenty to cover my entire face. This is my second bottle and I will definitely be reordering.

I have very sensitive skin and only one form of vitamin c is tolerated by my facial skin. Roberta sent me a sample to try because I was worried about this form of c.. Turns out the review is correct about light stinging but it passes and the effects of just the sample combined with tns recovery or essential serum are worth it. I'm going to buy this because I feel it has improved the quality of my skin tone. I only use at night. No reddness or breakouts. Thanks skincare rx for samples,have found great skin care because of that!
