The fact that I can use it and it does not irritate my very sensitive eyes makes it, for me, very good. It hydrates without leaving a residue. Is not the very best for puffiness or taking down the darkness as well as some others I have used, but that said, it does the job very well enough without going to extreme products. I am on my second bottle and can see using it for the foreseeable future.
