Just like most gadgets it is completely useless. It does not do anything at all. Applying a hot towel on your problem area works the same way but costs a lot less.

The zeno has saved me so many times before important meetings, events, etc. It is the most dependable spot treatment that I have used. I would give it 20 stars if I could!

I had the original Great. No dry skin, no pills, no shots that left pits. Totally satified. Tried the mini as a replacement but the batteries didn't seem to heat it enough and looked like a long life replacing them. I also had trouble following the beeps. This charges, you don't worry about it. Charge is more than enough to travel with. This has more reills than the original model so the replacement heads won't be as often. I have occassional break-outs due to stress and post-menopause. It is the perfect problem solver. So far it has out-performed the original. It is much easier to use than the mini. In the long run, this is not a disposable product, it should be more economical than the other models. If your problem is occasional out breaks, this is the answer.

Just another expensive device that says it will help you acne and doesn't. Didn't do anything for me.
