Useful for me

I used Elure (lotion only) despite the high price because of discoloration showing through, with much more visible on a UV checker looking at the lower skin layers. I used it in conjunction with the Clarisonic Opal, thinking it would need to penetrate to the melanocytes to be any use. I saw a difference after four days. I think using the Opal with this has given me a few clgged pores, but consider that worth it for such a difficult to treat condition. I would recommend using something to increase penetration and not just rely on fingertips and massaging to get this to work. And try to be really consistent with applications.

I feel so disappointed because it is so expensive and it doesn't work at all. You expect a lot of product because the bottles are so big and at the end this is just the presentation. I have to admit that it feels good on your skin because it really moisturizes but you can get this benefit from any OLAY, Loreal, product. I have melasma and my skin got red after the use if this product. Not worth the price!... Hope we can see some improvements from the manufacturers at the end that's why reviews are made for...
no discernible difference

I was so excited for this product as I have tried everything for my melasma. I used the product to the end and noticed no change at all. Also, for the high price tag, I was surprised at how little product you get. I used the same amount of pumps for both sides, but I ran out of step 1 long before I ran out of step 2. Very disappointed.

I was also excited when I read about this product on a magazine. so I bought it for hyperpigmentation found on the sides of my face. followed the instructions day and night till the product was finished. "I want my money back". Sincerely I do not see any difference on my face at all. and I agree with the last comment on how expensive the product is and how very little there is, specially in pump 1. I am extremely dissapointed.
Helps!

I have been using this product for several weeks and I really like it. I have acne scarring problems - every blemish I have leaves an ugly mark for at least 6 months. Upon using the Elure Advanced Facial Cleanser and Advanced Lightening Lotion I have seen significant improvement in my skin tone and have noticed the spots lightening every day. I really like this product line!
Nice moisturizer

I have tried EVERYTHING--every cream, lotion, laser, dermabrasion, etc. I wear 2 kinds of sunscreen every single day, even if I do not leave the house, both at least 50 spf, one layered over the other. I never go out without a hat. Never go out between noon and 2 pm, even with a hat, unless I can't avoid it. Every new thing that comes on the market (including Elure) always sounds so promising, with research studies and doctors backing it. It is SO frustrating. The only thing that ever worked for me was Cosmelan--and I felt really uncomfortable buying it because at the time I purchased it, I had to order it from another country and there was zero information on what was in it. For all I knew, it could have been cooked up in someones kitchen. But it worked, beautifully. Completely cleared my melasma. Then, they changed the formula (heaven knows what was in it before--probably sky high concentrations of hydroquinone). The new formula did not work and my melasma is back as bad as ever.

You sound just like me. Is there a hope for us? Have you found anything else since? HAS ANYONE?

The thing that worked for me is ATF treatments and trinti treatments and application of sunscreen. Good luck
