1: What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for orders over $49 (after discount and prior to sales tax) and charge $5.95 for standard US orders under $49. 2: What is Auto Ship?

4: Why do you exclude certain brands from “storewide” sales?

We wish we could offer a public discount on all of our products, but we are contractually obligated to not set prices under certain MSRPs on some items. If we are to discount these brands publicly, we risk the ability to sell them altogether.

Because most of our sales are category specific (i.e. sun care, anti-aging, etc), the term "storewide" is used to convey that the sale is applicable in all categories and to over 95% of the products we carry, while stating that the normal restrictions apply (such as brands, combination of codes, and promotional dates).

5: Where can I find information on rebates, including expired rebates?

6: How do I qualify for a free gift?

Gifts with purchase are given based on varying criteria (such as number of products in your cart, price spent on an order, specific product in your cart, etc). You will see a gift added to your shopping cart if you qualify and there are available gifts in stock. Because of the limited quantities we have of gifts and the popularity of some free gift offers, we apologize if we run out of the gift you desire before you check out.

7: What is your policy on Reward Points?

SkinCareRx discontinued Reward Points January 1, 2011. Customers were given one year to redeem their available points after the program was discontinued. View terms and conditions here: http://skincarerx.com/reward-points.html

8: What is the Beauty Cache?

The SkinCareRx Beauty Cache was a seasonal sampling of our top products in a custom-designed bag. We are not offering the Beauty Cache at this time.

9: How do you subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?

You may subscribe to our emails by submitting your email address into the space provided in our footer found at the bottom of every page. To unsubscribe from our emails, scroll to the bottom of the email and click on the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom right.

10: How do GiftCards work?

We offer our regular electronic GiftCards (delivered via email) in the amounts of $25, $50, $100, and $200. You may purchase them here: http://skincarerx.com/gift.html. These GiftCards are non-discountable, but may be combined with a discount upon redemption. We occasionally also offer promotional electronic GiftCards (delivered via email) in the form of a 'gift with purchase' which are valid on future purchases. They are non-transferrable, not valid for purchasing discounted bundles, or combinable with other instant offers upon redemption.
