how to use it
Apply to damp facial skin. Massage with fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse skin thoroughly. Use both morning and night.
I have been using this cleanser for 3 years now. I'm not always faithful to it because I'm a product junkie, but always have it in my bathroom. It is a very concentrated thick green gel. My esthetician recommended this or the mineral wash, but I preferred the nettle. She recommended emulsifying 2-3 pumps with water and then applying to my face. I'm lazy and rinse my face with warm water several time and then work the nettle gel into the water on my face for 2-3 minutes. This leaves my skin feeling very clean but never dry. I have mature combination skin that gets clogged pores easily and flakes on my nose and chin. I also use a larger portion of this in the shower as a mask, it works really well to tighten my pores. It will sting if you get in your eyes, just rinse thoroughly and all should be better soon.
