I've used this for a couple of months, and it has done nothing to help fade old marks from acne breakouts. However, it is a really good moisturizer- very light and not oily at all. It absorbs quickly, moisturizes really well, and has a nice scent. It doesn't break me out or irritate my combination acne-prone skin. An unexpected result is that it completely faded the dark circles from under my eyes! No eye cream I've ever tried has done that. It's pretty expensive, and the jar you get is really tiny, but a little goes a long way, so it does last a long time even with using twice a day. Plus, I've saved money by not having to buy eye cream any more.
