I am 58 years old and started having problems with cystic acne at about 14 years old. I have seen numerous dermatologists, used all the traditional acne prescriptions, including oral antibiotics, over the years. I didn't want to be using oral medication either, but that seemed to be my only alternative when things got really bad. Menopause caused all kinds of acne problems too. I found Obagi on SkincareRx about three years ago and tried the Clenziderm normal dry. I have not had any significant problems with acne, and no cysts at all, since that time. I can't say enough about how great this product is!!! As far as expense, it's really not much more than what I have paid for the prescription topicals, which never really helped anyway.
