However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 60 days of purchase.
Not sure if you've selected the best color for your skin tone? Don't worry. If it doesn't match, we'll take it back.
We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund.
Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
Products are eligible for a full Refund* if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.
