Great for sensitive, intollerant skin!

I have tried MANY sunblocks - All from Skinceuticals, La Roche Posey, Elta MD, Obagi. This one seems to work the best: dry finish, rubs in clear, does not cause acne or skin irritation, works under my makeup. I recommend this is you have sensitive, intolerant, oily/normal skin.

This sunscreen is not chalky at all as over-the-counter face creams. It goes on smoothly and feels really good. It is not greasy and absorbs quickly. I recommend this product 100%.

This sunscreen is not oily. It lives up the title..."sheer" physical fusion. I have used it for several years and just ordered 5 bottles.
Best Sunscreen Ever for acne-prone skin

I have suffered acne for over 10 years. It has been difficult to find a sunscreen that provides enough protection without causing break-up and goes on thin. This sunscreen is the best so far. I have used 2 bottles and ordered two extra bottles for winter break and next summer.
The sunscreen goes on smooth, light and clear with a matte finish. It provides the sheer of tinted moisturizer, which evens out skin tone. The smooth finish serves well under make-up.
Regarding on water resistant, it is very water resistant. I don't have to reapply sunscreen during normal working days.
Best sunscreen so far for acne prone skin.
Very light, goes on clear, mattifying

My aesthetician recommended this sunblock. I have sensitive combination congested (acne-prone) skin.---I wanted something with a physical sunblock and no parabens, fragrances and stuff like that. A little goes a long way. I put a few dabs around my face and rub it in. It goes on completely clear for me. I'm Asian with medium-light skin tone. I like how light it feels and I don't get the shiny forehead and greasy-sticky feel. I would recommend putting some moisturizer on dry spots first if you are concerned about that this accentuating dry skin. I haven't found this to be my case, but for those with really dry skin it might help. I don't have the white cast with this. I think it's all in how much you use and how well you rub it in. I've learned that less is more with physical sunscreens and it works fine. You don't need to glob on a bunch. Another technique is to layer it on if you want to feel secure that you've lathered your face with sunscreen. I think this is a great sunscreen for summer/warmer months or humid areas. So far no breakouts or irritations. My only complaint is I am not a fan of the smell. Good thing is it seems to go away after a little while.
BEST! Yay- no breakouts!!!!

I switched to this sunscreen last year after using Anthelios for years and struggling with breakouts and the greasy feeling it always left on my skin (I need a high uva uvb sunscreen). I LOVE it. The breakouts stopped immediately, my pores cleared up and the sunscreen absorbed quickly and left my skin with an almost dewy finish to it (added bonus). I ran out of this sunscreen and briefly went back to Anthelios and the breakouts started again almost immediately. This is the only sunscreen for me!
No breakouts from this sunscreen!

I've been using this product for over a year now. I have very fair skin and really like the sheer mattifying effect of this sunscreen. Used alone or under makeup I have seen the results -- no new sunspots or color -- must be doing the trick!

For the first time ever, my skin looks flawless. I received a sample bottle of this sunscreen, and skeptically applied it. Instead of the white/heavy/slick/pore-clogging results I usually get, I dusted mineral powder over this and watched my pores vanish before my eyes. My skin stayed comfortably matte and perfect for the entire day. I am so impressed with this gem that I can see myself as a lifelong purchaser. The tint doesn't alter my powder color, just makes it invisible on the skin (my skin tone is fair to light). Wonderful product for those needing sun protection. I'm sold!

Finally someone made a sunscreen with zinc that is not sticky... I dunno how anyone can say this sunscreen leaves white marks, this rubs in super quick and dries like a mattifying moisturizer. I actually couldn't believe how easily it absorbed. Considering I have tried almost every zinc sunscreen out there. If it leaves any white residue you are probably using way to much ....another reason I love this sunscreen...A little goes a long way so you get more for your money...I have oily skin with hormonal breakouts and this stuff allows me to wear sunscreen under my make up without feeling oily or sticky..its AMAZING..... I've tried many sunscreens. This is not greasy at all. It does not leave a white mask as long as you don't use too much. A little goes a long way. It actually makes my skin look nicer and smoother once it is on AND with sensitive skin, I have never broken out from it. I could do without the smell that reminds me of bug spray but, I have honestly not been able to find anything else that works as well without all the added chemicals in it.

Just got my sunscreen just today! And I love it!!! I too have sensitive skin and can't use chemical based sunscreens, they irritate and or break me out! This sunscreen is amazing it is so light and feels like nothing on your skin. I love that it has a high Physical SPF coverage. I love it too, that it is not tinted.....Most Physical based sunscreens are tinted, please skinceuticals keep this one, it's absolutely exceptional:)sss
Best Physical Sunscreen

I have sensitive skin and can only use physical sunscreens. I've tried many that were either too heavy or left a white residue on my skin. Skinceuticals is the best! It's lightweight, absorbs instantly, leaves no white residue and does not make skin greasy during the day, nor cause breakouts. They advise to shake the product to activate ingredients. A tip I learned - do not shake with the cap on. You will find it ends up on the inside of the cap. I take the cap off, put my finger over the small opening and shake that way. It's a small bottle for the price so you want to make sure you don't waste a drop. I just wish for the price that the size would be a bit larger. I don't know if I could afford to use this everyday - it probably won't last a month. Other than that this is by far the best sunscreen I've used. Love it!
Fantastic for Oily/Sensitive Skin

This is an incredibly lightweight sunscreen that did not cause any problems for my very sensitive skin. No breakouts or clogged pores, which is a miracle, because most sunscreens cause me major problems with these, plus irritation. This is beautiful on its own or under makeup. Do not use this if you have dry skin because it will emphasize flakes. Well worth the price and skincarerx's customer service is the BEST! Don't miss this one!
